Cave Coopérative de SAUVETERRE DE GUYENNE (33):
Gradual re-design of the wine cellar involving rationally re-organizing the grape harvest reception, pressing, the 2 flash release (flash-detente) tools, the clarification workshop, refrigeration and offices. The tranche of works conducted in 2011 will involve acquisition of a 30T/h heating installation, a hot pre-fermentation maceration fermenting room and a 20,000 hl of tanks to ferment the red must in liquid phase. |

INKERMANN Company, in the Crimea (UKRAINE):
The Inkermann Company, which has a big reputation in the Ukraine and Russia, has been purchased by a Finnish brewer and an American pension fund with the aim of strongly developing its sales. This firm, accompanied by Jacques LURTON, has drawn up a business plan taking it through to 2015 and planning for the creation of a modern cellar for 310,000 hl of production to bring out 41,000,000 bottles of white, rose and red wines. The first tranche of works in 2011 will involve creating a 60,000 hl unit to include:

Wine Cellars of Meknes (Morocco):
Modernisation and re-organisation of the Ain Norma wine cellar specialised in vinification of generic wines for the group:
- acquisition of 80,000 hl of wine-making and storage tanks,
- re-design of the grape harvest reception in cagettes (small baskets) to serve the buckets,
- creation of a pneumatic, gravity pressing workshop,
- creation of a vacuum clarification workshop,
- re-organisation of the refrigeration installation,
- adaptation of a concrete tank to rosé wine wine-making and storage requirements

Celliers des Trois Collines, Flayosc (83):
Following the merger of the co-operative wine cellars of Flayosc and Draguignan, we are working with architect Eric Ordener to build the new co-operative cellar and its sales area to be ready for the 2011 grape harvest.

Cave Coopérative de Saint Maximin (83) - Coteaux Varois:
Construction of a new wine cellar outside the town so as to reduce nuisances caused to the neighbours and improve on the working conditions of the current site.
Total capacity of 40,000 hl to vinify 25,000 hl, including 90% of rosés and 10% of reds. This unit will ensure all functions:
- vinification
- conservation
- bottling and bottled storage
- sale at the wine cellar |

Project to re-organise the three already merged sites to respond to a dual objective:
- qualitative improvement of the crémants and white and red still wines,
- rationalisation of work and reduction in production costs. |

Study of the construction project for a new cellar outside the town as desired by the municipality to release land for development.

Study to create a master plan for the re-organisation of the two winemaking sites located either side of the road to rationalise work and end with vinification being conducted in a single cellar.
